I painted this over three days at Secret Slickrock Trailhead. It’s one of my favorite out-of-the-way places in Sedona. There are trails going off in either direction, Oak Creek snakes across the valley below, and Courthouse and Cathedral Rocks fill the sky.

The moon was rising in late afternoon, getting fuller with each passing day. It was tough to restrain myself to capturing the massifs at the proper time where the color sang but didn’t overwhelm.

REFUNDS

If a painting disappoints, I will of course refund your money, on return of the painting back in my Rockport studio. Returned art must be properly packaged, with corner protectors as required and insured to its full value.
