Tin Foil Hat

I painted this as an exercise in reflections, but every time a public figure says or does something preposterous I pull it out to save myself from the conspiracy theories. Or the radio waves. Or something.

I think this is one of the best things I’ve ever painted, and that’s not just because of its enduring social relevance. The reflections and color structure are pretty dang good, too, if I may say so myself.
